Repeat customer, smooth process I recently visited the dealership as a repeat customer to purchase another vehicle. I was able to contact my previous sales individual ahead of time, I recently visited the dealership as a repeat customer to purchase another vehicle. I was able to contact my previous sales individual ahead of time, Sipriano Olivarri, and he sent me the requested information very quickly. He was actually out of town on vacation and did this on his own time. We visited the lot that weekend and picked out the vehicle wanted. Sippy arranged the deal with another team member, Sara O'Neill , because he was out of town and didnt want the car to be sold before we could purchase it. All said and done, i was in and out of the dealership and finished with the buying process in just over 2 hours. That includes going through the finance office, Jimmy Guerra, was excellent and easy to deal. Overall, I have no complaints and will return again when I need to. Thank you. More
