I was expecting to be car less a day or two - done by noon! My car was leaking AC water directly into my floor boards. It was flooded! I also was moving and had to be out of my apartment that day. Ancira took me in that morning , gave me a ride back to my apartment , and had it all fixed within a couple of hours! I realized that I also needed the tires rotated and asked if they could squeeze me in. Yes, no problem. Again, I expected at least a 2 hr wait. They had put me at the head of the line and got me out within the hour. Everyone at Ancira is super nice, wonderfully patient. It was so nice to see smiling faces on such a stressful day. They turned a potentially bad day into a great day and I was on my way. Even though I am moving from San Antonio, I am still close enough to bring my car back here to be serviced. On my last visit my servoce advisor what Lance Kilby. He did a great job of helping me with an electrical problem on my 2013 Rogue.
