I went in and Tim was very friendly and efficient. When making the appointment he asked me when it would be good for me to bring it in. He then kept me up to speed on what was going on. Vehicle was finsihed way sooner than expected. When i went to get it, again Tim greeted me by name, walked me to cashier. When I went to Ancira Nissan I still didn't know what price I wanted to pay, I had quoted other dealers and was lookin for Ancira to match or make a better offer. The day that I bought my car, I didn't actually plan to buy a car. My husband and I, in fact, just stopped by to look at the car that I like. Then, Hong who is a sales person came in and greet us.
