I experienced great service; I called in on a Wednesday, and was able to get an appointment for that same Friday. Other dealerships told me “it’s gonna be at least two weeks,” in a really disinterested tone and was able to get an appointment for that same Friday. Other dealerships told me “it’s gonna be at least two weeks,” in a really disinterested tone, lol. So just that made me happy. Plus, the service writer was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I needed a key fob and oil change, and he was able to get the key fob for the very next day. For the oil change, he asked if I wanted synthetic or conventional oil, and I appreciate that he didn’t make any assumptions or try to convince me one way or the other with jumbo jumbo. Just a nice, easy experience, all the way around. More
