Could not have asked for a better experience buying at car. The dealership was clearly busy when I went in but Johnny stepped aside and greeted me and let me know that someone would help me very soon. Joh car. Johnny himself came back and multi-tasked to help take care of me and I felt taken care of from the get-go! Johnny was patient, personable, and relatable. I actually left a local Kia dealership right before stopping by Anderson because I was met with the wrong kind of attitude from the sales team the moment I walked in the door. It must have been fate because the difference between the first place and Anderson's was like night and day. Everyone was friendly to me and to each other. Johnny walked me through every step of the process and listened to exactly what I needed in my new vehicle. Together we found something perfect for my needs and they worked with me through what I thought was going to be a complicated process. If there was anything complicated about it, they never let me know that! I came from out of state, still owed on a vehicle, and travel for a living so I thought it was going to be a huge headache. I couldn't have been more at ease with the process, though. I live in the Quad Cities and I will drive back to Anderson to buy another vehicle in the future.
