brought car in for diagnostics and repair.i left with more problems than i came with.came back for second time,left car all day .they couldn't fix it .I left with more problems than first time. I liked the vehicle but we were not able to agree on a price. He did not play the game of back and forth with the price, I just gave him my offer and asked if they could meet it or not. I called the next day to see another SUV and we were able to agree on a price. Joe was very nice to work with and didn't play games. My daughter loves the used Jeep and we were very happy with our trade in. It was a pleasant experience and we will check in there again when it is time to get another vehicle.
