I was in there today to get my first oil change with my new Jeep, and service advisor Brandy was so nice and so helpful to me!! She walked me through Jeep wave and made me feel so welcomed. She definitely made my first visit pleasant and I’ll be sure to always visit you guys for my Jeep needs! Thank you!!

"Poor service"

- cold start

If you need an oil change, OK they can do it. If you need something repaired, go some were else, I've learned the hard way, time to move on. Tried for nearly a year now to resolve fob/receiver issue, don't work at all now and they only have time to change my oil, thanks but no thanks.

"Lies and more lies "

I brought my Jeep Patriot in on October 9 as my vehicle was squeaking a little. After the so called inspection I was told I was riding on metal and needed new rotors and a lot of other things adding up to about $900. After speaking with the service manager, he told me they could lower the cost of the service to about $400 just for the breaks. He told me well you really don’t need the rotors replaced, we can do the break pads for $400. Then I took my truck to another mechanic who advise I didn’t need new breaks or anything. In fact I had another mechanic who told me that my breaks were fine and had plenty of life. It sad because if I had allowed them to scare me they would have literally stole money from me and I’m sure no work would have been completed as there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle. I’m so disappointed. Scam artist...

"If you’re a woman don’t bother "

I brought my Jeep in for repairs and was not treated fairly by the service department. When questioning my bill I was told I requested for unnecessary parts to be repaired and ended up having to pay for them. Also, the spare key fob I needed made, didn’t work and was missing a part. The car wouldn’t register it and I needed to make another trip in there to have it fixed. I spoke to the GM who told me that the service guy and myself “had a personality mismatch”. I nor my concerns were taken seriously. If it were my husband that brought the Jeep in he wouldn’t have been dismissed as I was trying to explain what was wrong. The service guy actually took his hand, waived it, dismissing me when I expressed concern on a traction control light that came on and wouldn’t go off. So to all women driving Jeeps that need repair- take it somewhere else. Let my experience save you the hassle and disappointment I experienced.

I did talk to Chad and he let me know about your conversation and that he had also offered to pick up your vehicle, but that didn't work out for you, so you brought it in last weekend. "Remote start turned disaster"

If this dealership damages your vehicle they will fight you til the end to not honor their mistake. They will lie to you as if you didnt know what your car looked liked prior to giving it to them. Even if you have a record of letting them service your multiple vehicles they treat you as if your business is not important. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. They have failed miserably many times. The owner does not care to make right what his staff has done wrong. I would not take my vehicles to them ever again. I Go to Jack Wolfe even though Anderson is walking distance. That is how much I dont trust my cars with them ever again. I even had to file an insurance claim against them because the owner, Craig Anderson refused to pay for the damage that his team did to my vehicle. I may have to go to small claims court in order to get my deductible refunded. He knows his staff messed up and he still will not make it right what they made wrong.

Brian in Service Dept diagnosed a problem in just a few minutes on an "unplanned" visit. Every time I have ever been there it is always the cleanest garage in the State of Illinois, been going there for years with different vehicles. This is definitely a 5 star establishment and they are always happy to help!

"Service appointment to cut/program key."

Had an appointment to cut/program spare key. Asked at check in for tires to be aired up also. Gentleman came to waiting area to offer $400 engine repair, I stated didn't need but please air up tires. He stated he would take care of that. Paid bill < went to vehicle , tires not aired up and remote didn't work? Had to return to service to get tires aired up and retry programming remote. Not sure why they gave me vehicle back without checking tires or remote function. Finally left with a spare key not programmed but paid for. Key does open door manually.
