I recently had an issue with the service department and brought it to the attention of Bob and Jamison. I would like to say thank you to both Bob and Jamison for not only addressing and fixing the issue in a quick and friendly fashion, getting my car repaired correctly in a timely fashion and restoring my faith and trust back in Anderson. You both are a big part of the reason we will continue to be loyal customers! More
Terrible service department We have purchased a new Jeep wrangler and 2011 ram 3500 from this dealership within 12 month period. The same Sales department was great to deal with but when it came to service they have no idea what's going on. So my ram lost power and i dropped it off for the day so they could clean the turbo. 2 hour procedure but you need to leave there for entire day. I picked it up that evening and before I left parking lot lost power again. They couldn't even spare few minutes to test drive after clearing codes. So brought it back for turbo replacement. They have it another day to replace and in process break my air conditioning. That took another week to get parts in. Total repair time 6 days without my work truck. I'm glad I spent 40k on reliable truck. Was advised that my deductible would be waived for the ac mistake. Like it should have even been a question. So today I'm plowing snow and my turbo that is 3 months old starts whistling. I stopped in to ask and the solution was drop it off for another 12 hours so they can look. That's when I walked away. Called my regular mechanic and asked his opinion and his solution was give it few days it's probably dirty from all the hard driving should clear itself out. My question is why should I leave it there when a simple answer could have eased my mind. Also forgot to mention was a advised by service that I may have been sold the wrong warranty. I bought 4 year unlimited mileage and later found out that if you use vehicle for commercial use and don't upgrade warranty then major issues over 5k may not be covered. If your going to this business make sure you question everything and find a different place to repair your vehicle unless you don't mind making several trips for one repair. More
Took my Jeep for issues with locking mechanism and a recall after 3rd attempt locks are working, and even this they did not call me once the parts came I had to call to see what was the delay and on top of all after 3rd attempt locks are working, and even this they did not call me once the parts came I had to call to see what was the delay and on top of all this they just "forgot" to fix the recall now a fourth trip to get this fixed and only after I had to call yet again and they "got too busy" to return the call I originated and I even talked to the Service Manager John he was supposed to call me back within an hour well 24+ hrs later he calls asking for the wrong person smh and all I heard was a bunch of excuses for themselves. We had bough 20+ new cars in the past 15+ years here, I don't think I would be buying another car here or maybe even a Jeep for that matter More
brought car in for diagnostics and repair.i left with more problems than i came with.came back for second time,left car all day .they couldn't fix it .I left with more problems than first time. In between them wanting me to bring back for third time,I went to another dealer where they gave me valuable information .And i was able to repair myself with former auto repair experience.Might i add ,in rather of a short time .For all of my lost time and money,i left with feeling i was taking advantage of.And the feeling they could careless i would be a repeat customer.
