Blake Chapp and Kurt Tibbs did an AWESOME job. I had been to several dealerships and told i would never be able to get a vehicle anywhere due to having no credit!!! I went in to the dealership with hope of bringing home a new vehicle, after a long day at the dealership (due to people not faxing papers to them right away) i went home with a 2011 Ford Focus. After getting to the dealership and being shown the car I had noticed a scratch in the windsheild. They could tell I was bothered by this and asked me what they could do to fix the situation. I asked if they would take some money off the price of the car and they did. They weren't going to let that scratch in the glass stand in the way of me driving all that way and not driving my car home. They weren't going to let it make them lose a customer either. I felt at some times I was taking advantage of them and they told me that they wanted me to be very happy with my purchase. We are here to help you the customer. We live 65 miles from Anderson Ford North so when we stopped in to price new Ford F-150s I had no intention of buying. Ramush did a great job thru e-mail until we were able to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle we were interested in. He took the time to show us alot of what the truck we purchased had on it.
