I couldn't be happier with the vehicle that I purchased - Bree

I couldn't be happier with the vehicle that I purchased from Woodhouse! We drove all the way from South Dakota to look at the same vehicle at a different dealership. While in route, that other dealership sold the car without even contacting me. Perhaps it was devine intervention, however, as Woodhouse had exactly what I was looking for with 20k less miles, in far better condition, and still in my price range! Upon arriving, Alec had the car outside and ready for me. He was a wonderful representative of the franchise, knowledgeable and very respectful. Moreover, the dealership was even willing to remedy an issue with the tires on my new vehicle after I paid for it, "as-is." Matt, one of the wonderful managers, had absolutely no obligation to honor my request, but he genuinely wanted to make sure that my family was safe on the road this coming winter—mitigating a potential issue raised by the tires that came on the vehicle. They went the extra mile, and I'm so grateful that I drove the 3.5 extra hours - went the extra miles myself - in order to work with such a fantastic team of people. I highly recommend Woodhouse Lincoln! Great people, excellent quality of inventory at super competitive prices, and just an all-around great experience.

We went to look at a Ford Expedition that had just came - jwillis285

We went to look at a Ford Expedition that had just came in. We dealt with Louis. He was great. Very Knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the unit even knowing that it still needed to go thru the shop. The did the work to the vehicle and were hoping to get it before Christmas but thigs happen and one of the parts did not show up on time, no biggie, so Louis offered to pay for a rental car for us. Once our car was finished they even delivered it to my work here in Omaha. Also there was some titling issues with the car since it was traded in from another state. They took care of everything on the title and even offered to pay if we had any late fees at the dmv. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with new parts they put on and the title. Great place to buy a car from. When I'm ready to upgrade again I will defiantly be giving them a call

Janssen Ford Honest and Trustworthy Taking a moment to - OJSavage

Janssen Ford Honest and Trustworthy Taking a moment to share my outstanding experience at this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Mick (Sales/Finance), Grant (Finance) and Tony (General Manager). Sales… From the beginning Mick was very responsive through email and over the phone. He was very polite and attentive to my requests. At every instance of entering the dealership, I was greeted by him at the door. Even the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. An administrative pricing error was identified and quickly resolved in a fair & honest manner. Finance… Again, the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. Process was very easy and smooth. There was no fast talk or pressure as to why I needed to purchase any warranties/plans/add on’s etc. I felt my wishes were respected and honored. I appreciate Grant for providing some details in advance for me to make an informed decision. Transparency…. Mick and Grant were very knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions throughout the entire process. I came in with a list on my laptop and these gentlemen checked off all the boxes. I am from the show me state and they showed me everything I wanted to see. The customer service the provided was top notch! “Your word is your reputation.” Janssen Ford stands by their word. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. As a veteran/woman of color in the market for a vehicle, I did not feel taken advantage of in any way. Thank you Mick, Grant, and Tony!

Have purchased 11 new and used vehicles from Hastings - bigoledave

Have purchased 11 new and used vehicles from Hastings Ford Lincoln since 2017. Have never had a bad experience with any employees working there. Not a single person was pushing us to make a decision. They treat us as royalty every time we walk in the door. There is no other dealer as far as we are concerned.

Everything went fine. - claynaff

Everything went fine. They were accommodating and friendly. They accepted a check (that surprised me!), and a rep drove to my city to deliver the title when it was ready.

We recently had our vehicle looked at by Anderson Ford - jerwin1797

We recently had our vehicle looked at by Anderson Ford after the battery warning light came on. Prior to bringing it in, we had already taken the car to another mechanic (T.O. Haas) who ran diagnostics and determined the alternator was functioning correctly. They suspected the issue was related to the active grille shutter system and mentioned there was a technical bulletin recommending dealership service for that specific issue. With that information in hand, we brought the vehicle to Anderson Ford and explained everything we had been told. After inspecting the car, Anderson Ford informed us that the alternator needed to be replaced along with additional parts, with an estimate well over $1,000. We explained again that the alternator had already been tested and that another mechanic believed the issue was related to the shutter system. We even offered to have Anderson Ford speak directly with the mechanic who had diagnosed the issue so they could compare notes. That offer was declined. Instead, we were essentially told to trust their diagnosis. The interaction left us feeling dismissed and talked down to, which was especially frustrating since we were simply trying to provide relevant diagnostic information that might help identify the real problem. At that point, we decided to take the vehicle back to T.O. Haas and ask them to investigate further. They found the actual issue: a wiring problem related to the shutter system that had allowed water intrusion. The repair was completed and the battery light issue was resolved. Total cost: under $250. The alternator — the repair Anderson Ford insisted was necessary — was not the problem. Had we followed Anderson Ford’s recommendation, we would have spent over $1,000 replacing a perfectly functional part and still would have had the original issue unresolved. Mistakes can happen in any repair shop. What was most disappointing was not simply the incorrect diagnosis, but the unwillingness to listen, collaborate with another mechanic, or consider information we provided. A little humility and open communication could have prevented a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend Anderson Ford for diagnostics.
