Arrived 5 minutes early, at 1:50 pm, I asked George the service writer if they were going to change my oil today, he said he was the only one here and do I want to take my car and leave. I told him that he was the one that made the appointment. Not me., The took my vehicle in at 2 pm, The service department leaves a lot to be desired, I actually think they have no customer service abilities. Harold Wages More
Worst service department anywhere. Called to schedule a brake controller enable. Got transferred and then disconnected. Traveled to dealership to see if they could hook up scan tool t Called to schedule a brake controller enable. Got transferred and then disconnected. Traveled to dealership to see if they could hook up scan tool to enable trailer brake controller it would take longer to walk to truck than do the job. Was told that they could make appointment but just to busy to help out a customer that purchased the truck from them new. Not the first time either. Like originally stated worst customer service in the service department anywhere. Clueless More
I used this dealership for all my automotive needs. Both service and sales. UNTIL.. I went in recently to buy a used car. I spoke to a nice salesman and we were getting close to a sale. I was paying cash fo service and sales. UNTIL.. I went in recently to buy a used car. I spoke to a nice salesman and we were getting close to a sale. I was paying cash for the car and asked if he could have a tech just look at the timing belt and let me know it's condition as a used car has no warranty. He said he would ask. He brought the sales manager to me. This man was a rude, condescending jerk. He treated my wife and I like second class citizens as we were ONLY spending 11000 dollars and they don't do preventative maintenance on cheap cars. He spoke down to us and was very condescending. I explained preventative maintenance was actually fixing something and I just wanted to know it was ok to drive and I even said I would pay extra. He looked at me like I was asking for a monumental thing and again said no we won't do that it on only 11000 cheap car. I have stopped going there completely. My mother is also was going to buy a brand new car was going to pay cash. For a new f150 after hearing my experience chose to go elsewhere. I don't know about you but 11000 dollars in my book is a xxxx of a lot of money for a disabled man on a fixed income. I will never go back. The sales manager lost my entire family patronage. I figure between just myself and my mother he already lost 100000 dollars in sales. I wonder if that qualifies as alot of money to him. More
Aaron was a wonderful person to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great test drive and was able to get us top dollar for our trade in. He is worth the 5 star rating. and knowledgeable. We had a great test drive and was able to get us top dollar for our trade in. He is worth the 5 star rating. More
Took my vehicle in for diagnosis of a audible noise emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engin emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engine compartment. I left the vehicle with Anderson Ford for diagnosis and repair. A few days later I received a call letting me know that the car was ready for pick up. I asked the service advisor if the noise issue had been corrected and he responded" the mechanic didn't say anything about a noise" implying that the situation is solved. They said they found a loose intake tube connection and that was "most likely the problem". Well, the noise is still there and no closer to being resolved. More
Purchased a used vehicle from Anderson Ford. They were happy to take my money. Now the thrill is gone. Never again. They will sell you a lemon with a warranty and lie about you being satisfied. I bought a 2020 explorer that is an absolute nightmare! It is the worst car I have ever owned. Anderson refuses to acknowledge you being satisfied. I bought a 2020 explorer that is an absolute nightmare! It is the worst car I have ever owned. Anderson refuses to acknowledge or repair the problems. It is literally falling apart. They will not finish open repair orders or give complete repair documents on the car. They knew it was a lemon and sold it anyway. They also changed the price of the car for financing. Took 1,500 off my down payment. Basically making it look like I gave them a free car. The contracts do not match! Do not buy from Anderson Ford! Even within the 3 day period they will refuse to take the car back or give you back your trade. They are so shady they even took my Jeep off the contract they sent to corporate. The manager is no use there either. He is the one that refused to give me back my car and not acknowledge the shoddy paint repair they did. Lacey gave the car back broken claiming it was fixed repeatedly...still waiting on the paint repair for my back door More

Came in to have a timing belt changed because car was at a 100000 miles not having any issues t the car just wanted it replaced for precaution was told it would be just shy of a 1000 dollars which included a 100000 miles not having any issues t the car just wanted it replaced for precaution was told it would be just shy of a 1000 dollars which included a new water pump since they we're going to be in there rented a loaner car for a day then the next morning was told my car had no power and water reservoir was almost empty and before they did any work they wanted to do a pressure test to make sure there wasn't a bad head and it would be an additional 375.00 on top of the thousand I told them I never had a problem with loss of power just wanted the timing belt replaced as part of the hundred thousand Miles service so I told them not to do anything and I brought the loaner car back and was told there would be restock fee for the parts they ordered I was charged 164.00 dollars 35 for I day loaner and the rest for restocking fee I guess after paying I ask if they already put fluid in my reservoir and he had to have the mechanic drive it back in to add fluid I never heard a pressure test costing 375.00 and I been driving it since with no problem that's why I hate dealer ships More
