We were given a very thorough walk through of all the different features our new car had. The only thing I would change about the experience is the length of time it takes to make your purchase. I would like to have the option of skipping all the formalities after the paperwork was finished. I understand that many people need a comprehensive how to for their new purchase and that the sales staff are required to follow a checklist but you should have the option to waive the extra time. That way the salesman can get back to selling and the new owner can be on their way. I would do business with Anderson Ford again and would even look for Ben McGary to sell us our next car. More

Today I purchased a vehicle from Anderson Auto Group. At first I was a little nervous about buying a car from a dealership, being that I was a first time car buyer. At first I couldnt find the right vehicle that suited me but Tom was very consistant and assured me that he would take care of me, even if it would have took all day. Eventually his consistancey paid off and we were able to find the perfect vechicle for me. I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Ford Ranger. We were very impressed with Jeremy’s knowledge of the vehicle and explained everything to us in a manner that it made us very comfortable. I have bought many vehicles in my life and never had such a positive experience until we worked with Jeremy. He listens to the customers needs and truly cares about what you want and not what the dealership wants to sell you. He is a very honest and professional individual and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. I made contact via the web to get more information about a new vehicle. He called to introduce himself and let me know that he was excited and ready to help me find a new vehicle. From that point the awesome buying experience started. He always kept our interest in mind while still making a great deal for the dealership. We feel that all dealerships would benefit from Jeremy’s sales style and personality. The dealership he works at needs to have him be there sales trainer and mentor. I feel that we bought a vehicle from a family member and treated like a best friend and not a number like some dealerships treat you.
