Today I purchased a vehicle from Anderson Auto Group. At first I was a little nervous about buying a car from a dealership, being that I was a first time car buyer. At first I couldnt find the right vehicle that suited me but Tom was very consistant and assured me that he would take care of me, even if it would have took all day. Eventually his consistancey paid off and we were able to find the perfect vechicle for me. I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Ford Ranger. We were very impressed with Jeremy’s knowledge of the vehicle and explained everything to us in a manner that it made us very comfortable. I have bought many vehicles in my life and never had such a positive experience until we worked with Jeremy. He listens to the customers needs and truly cares about what you want and not what the dealership wants to sell you. He is a very honest and professional individual and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. I made contact via the web to get more information about a new vehicle. He called to introduce himself and let me know that he was excited and ready to help me find a new vehicle. From that point the awesome buying experience started. He always kept our interest in mind while still making a great deal for the dealership. We feel that all dealerships would benefit from Jeremy’s sales style and personality. The dealership he works at needs to have him be there sales trainer and mentor. I feel that we bought a vehicle from a family member and treated like a best friend and not a number like some dealerships treat you. The entire team, staff, at this dealorship were as nice to each other as they were to me, I liked that. When you have good management you have good staff which in turn reflects the good customer care. I was looking for a car to replace one I didn't want anymore. I contacted Anderson Ford in St. Joe after finding a car on their website that I wanted to look at. The receptionest put me with Chu who after discussing the car I was looking at found that it didn't meet Anderson's level of quality and that they wouldn't sell it. So after some more phone discussion and looking at cars on your website with Chu I found another that appeared to fit my criteria. Chu set up a time to get together to check this car out. I arrived later at the dealership and was met by Chu very quickly. We checked the car out, took it for a test drive, checked out my trade in and came to an agreement to proceed with the purchase of the car. During all of my interactions with Chu, either on the phone ore in person, I found him to be very friendly, courteous and professional. When I am ready to buy another vehicle I will make it a point to look Chu up and see what he can do for me. All in all a very favorable transaction. Thank you very much. PS.
