Because it was my first purchasing experience, he was very patient and spent a great deal of time ensuring that I fully understood every part of the process. I visited the dealership on two separate occasions to test drive vehicles and then came back a third time to make the purchase. Andrew was also very easy to get a hold of when I wasn't at the dealership via email or phone. When they say the experience is hassle-free, they mean it. Once I had decided to purchase a certified pre-owned 2013 Mazda 3, my family and I discussed the financial aspects with sales manager Ray Soto. Ray was so friendly and helpful. I had a difficult time deciding if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty and some other add-ons, but Ray helped me through my indecisiveness. He told me which options I definitely did not need based on my circumstances and helped me weigh the pros and cons of those that would benefit me. It was comforting knowing that he wasn't just trying to sell every add-on possible. While I thought the financial aspect of my purchase would be very stressful, Ray made it simple and painless. Overall, I have no complaints about Anderson Mazda. In fact, I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to buy both a new or used vehicle. Nathan Brown did an outstanding job with communication over email for weeks prior to us making the purchase. There were some things that were agreed on over email prior to making the trip. The dealership manager at first was reluctant to honor what was agreed on through email. But, he did make good on the promises and made sure that what was talked about happened. The vehicle had alomst a thousand dollars in cosmetic damage. We were told about the majority of the damage before driving up and was told that it was priced to sell that way (it was priced according to the market). The other damage occured that day by the detail shop and was out of their control but deducted from the sale price. This a really nice dealership and I found it odd that they would sell a vehicle with damage. Due to the distance from home, we accepted the vehicle the way it was and have already got it repaired. Over all it was a good experience and Nathan Brown was awesome to work with! More
