Spent $5,000.00 there Nov 2020 to have my engine heads replaced, End of April 2021 engine no longer runs. Comment from Service Dept, service man that worked with me and mechanic has been fired. My husband purchased a vehicle a year ago almost from this dealership. I've never had a worse car buying experience in my life. I had to finally call the finance company and handle everything they needed this dealership. I've never had a worse car buying experience in my life. Fast forward to present time, we went for a service on his vehicle and seeing an SUV we liked. My husband wanted to run numbers, it would have been a good car for me. They did, said we were approved and my husband signed all the paperwork even. We were supposed to pick it up today and give them 2,000 downpayment. Friday they called us and now SOMEHOW our deal has been pulled off the table. No one has explained what's going on, apparently one person knows and he isnt back until Monday. They dont have any idea what they are doing. Just a bunch of children to play car lot. More

I walked out and I will not be doing business here. More

I got ready to do the paperwork at the dealership wanted $72,000 firm. I had already knew the car should retail between $53,000 and $57,000 according to 4 common guides. Had I been told it was $72,000, I wouldn't have wasted my time.we live in a relatively small town, approximately 3 hrs from Las Vegas. The dealer must not mind all the sales business they lose from these tactics. I will make sure that I take this opportunity to share my experience with any of my friends and acquaintances. I have lived here almost 30 years, and I know a lot of people! More
