Anderson Toyota was supposed to take the scratches off my car. I bought a 2021 Camry first it was 23,000 then my payments were supposed to be 395 when I get to the dealership that went up to 27,005 141 a mon car. Didn’t get the scratches off when they window tinted my car they cut the rubber seal around the window on multiple windows I had bubbles in my window tint no floor mats. My car was filthy dirty when I got it they were supposed to detail it did detail. It didn’t get none of my scratches out and charge me for a rental car then they were supposed to take my car back so I could have the truck that I wanted and Mike Harris was rude and never returned my calls and I never got the truck. Needless to say and I’m stuck with the car that I don’t want. Very poor customer service. More

Scam, and very rude service, the attitude invites altercation, they don't perform repairs on invoices and will recommend to drive your car untill something fails, snobby employees with little knowled altercation, they don't perform repairs on invoices and will recommend to drive your car untill something fails, snobby employees with little knowledge of the cars they sell and work on, they allowed me to watch my car being worked on in the past but won't allow me now, won't even let you talk to the tech while they are incapable of answering any questions besides how much it's going to cost, the oil changes they've performed were never done and we're just added an extra quart of oil so instead of 4.8 they leave it with 5.8 quarts and say they changed it, they're out to take advantage and they saw it was my first time buying, tell you what I'll never buy from a dealer again More

The staff was very helpful & courteous especially Jay Johnson. Between Keith, Jay & Enrique they were always on top of everything. They were polite and made sure that you were their main concern. We have been coming to this dealership since 2019. On March 10th we came in for oil change and fuel induction service. We can have always had the best service here.
