Service Department Disappoints: A Cautionary Tale I had a frustrating experience at Andy Mohr Buick GMC. After taking my 2021 GMC 2500 Sierra in for an “Evaporative Emissions System” warning light, I w had a frustrating experience at Andy Mohr Buick GMC. After taking my 2021 GMC 2500 Sierra in for an “Evaporative Emissions System” warning light, I was charged around $500 for the service. Just three days later, the same warning light reappeared. I returned to the service department and was charged again for another diagnostic test, only to be told they needed to keep my vehicle for further work. Today, I received a message stating I’d need to pay another $500. It’s disappointing that they didn’t catch this issue during the initial diagnostic. To make matters worse, this is a company vehicle, and they refused to provide a loaner while my truck is being worked on. Jonathan, the representative who assisted me, was polite, but the overall experience has been unsatisfactory. He informed me that the necessary parts were unavailable and would need to be expedited from another state. I am completely dissatisfied with this service. More
