I inquired about purchasing a specific vehicle from out of state (several states away) with this dealership. The salesman I spoke with, Luigi, explained that they would sell the vehicle to me but that the of state (several states away) with this dealership. The salesman I spoke with, Luigi, explained that they would sell the vehicle to me but that they were going to charge me sales tax in Indiana and my home state. This didn't make sense so I spent time researching both my own MVA and Indiana's MVA regarding this issue and speaking with both, a total of several hours including hold times, to find out that this information was incorrect. I called the dealership back and they gave me a bunch more ridiculous road blocks such as I could not reserve or put a deposit on a vehicle nor see or do any paper work prior to arriving at the dealership to actually pick up the vehicle from several states away. They wanted me to travel that distance with the risk that when I arrived the vehicle may have been sold. Enough of that with the salesman, I demanded to speak with the Sales Manager John who said that they aren't selling vehicles out of state and that several people were on a waiting list for this car. With that information, will let you decide whether you want to work with this dealership. More

People there are not as friendly and helpful as other dealerships I have been to. They also charge me $299 for a service I never asked for. They labeled it as THEFT.
