Appointment Concept is Nonsense Twice now I have called to make an appointment with the quick lube department. I was told that it is just a time for you to bring in your vehicle and Twice now I have called to make an appointment with the quick lube department. I was told that it is just a time for you to bring in your vehicle and you have to wait in line behind all walk-in customers. I went in today due to a low tire pressure warning. After waiting 50 minutes (with an appointment), I was told that there was a nail in the tire. It could not be repaired because the nail was in the side wall. The cost would be $290 for a new tire. I told them to put the new tire on my vehicle. I was not shown the damaged tire. After an hour and a half I was told that my vehicle was ready. When you get an oil change you are asked if you want a car wash. I spent over $300 and was not asked if I would like a car wash. This is the fourth new vehicle that I have purchase from Andy Mohr since 2006. There does not seem to be any sort of customer loyalty appreciation. My next new vehicle will be from another dealer!
