Battery Issue and Check Engine Light on I experienced a nearly drained battery during this shelter at home time (not using my car) and I went to drive it a few days ago and could not turn on I experienced a nearly drained battery during this shelter at home time (not using my car) and I went to drive it a few days ago and could not turn on my car...I could tell it was battery issues. I got it jumped and when the car was up and running, the Check Battery Light was on. I brought it into the dealership a couple days afterwards without and appointment and they were able to check things in about 2 hours. Outcome: I had a charger connected in the car and had for several days/couple weeks which I think drained the battery. The Check Engine Light came on because of that, unbeknownst to me. I have been bringing my vehicle into this dealership since the beginning of ownership and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the service and fixes completed on my vehicle. This particular time in, Brian Yoxall took care of my visit and vehicle and no fixes were needed. I came away with no charge (expecting to have to pay several hundred dollars) and it made my day that they were able to check the issues for me and not charge me.
