My service advisor, Amy Miller, was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my G8 GXP that I had recently purchased at the dealership. Amy kept me aprised of the situation throughout the day, and I was even able to get a ride both to and from work. The service department was exceedingly responsive after I first contacted Steve Faulkner, the GM. Dave Parker and his team called and emailed to ensure that my car could get in and get out for service whil first contacted Steve Faulkner, the GM. That was a concern when I purchased my Regal, which I love, but Steve assured me that I would not experience any dimunition in the quality customer service that I had received at Andy Mohr Nissan. I haven't. And while I thoroughly enjoyed my Maxima and the service at AM Nissan, I enjoy my Regal even more. More

I had a service engine light on. Turned out to be 2 sensors that needed replaced(fuel pump and engine) on my new truck.
