From the time my husband and I walked in the door we felt the friendly atmosphere. I had talked with Chris on the phone setting everything up before driving over an hour and half a way. I came to this dealership first to purchase a new GMC truck,and made the drive some 35 or so miles from my home town to get:A good deal on a truck,and very,very FAIR price for my trade in truck!.,and after my daughter has bought two cars here,and was made to feel very comfortable through the whole process,including some minor warranty work on one vehicle. We both are very pleased,and impressed that a great Low pressure dealership still exsists. The mood here is "Can we help?" and they certanly do! After "shopping" several other dealerships and having that ol super high pressure routine shoved at me, I must say that it truly was a great feeling to have gentlemen like Branden Doller,and Douglas Shepherd asisting me with my trade! My work takes me away from home more than not,and Branden was very helpful and cooperative,and worked hard to see this deal through! Awesome! I highly recomend this dealership!! This was our 2nd visit to Andy Mohr GMC Buick. We were helped by Doug Shepherd on both occasions. He took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. He made sure we got to drive 4 different v helped by Doug Shepherd on both occasions. He took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. He made sure we got to drive 4 different vehicles we were interested in, and when we decided to purchase, we were taken care of very well. There were a couple of issues with the car we bought, and he made sure all were taken care of in a timely manner and he kept us well informed while they had our Lucerne. I would highly recomend Andy Mohr GMC Buick and Doug Shepherd to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
