Great salesman, third car purchase with him. first two were at a different dealership and traveled to this one to be able to meet with Doug. we were not sure at all what we were wanting and he took great were at a different dealership and traveled to this one to be able to meet with Doug. we were not sure at all what we were wanting and he took great time in helping us choose the right one and explaining the incentives and rebates for each. Doug and staff were professional and polite. we will definitly return when wanting to get another vehicle. Had lots of different vehicles to choose from and staff were very quick on getting all figures to us, and finance was explained during and at final. More

Im a return customer. I chose to come back to Andy Mohr because my first experience was great!!! I bought a used 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix off of Doug Shepard at Andy Mohr a couple of years ago and the custo because my first experience was great!!! I bought a used 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix off of Doug Shepard at Andy Mohr a couple of years ago and the customer service, overall satisfaction, and experience was excellent! So when I was looking for my next car recently, my first choice was of course to go to Andy Mohr and see what Mr. Shepard could do for me again!! Of course like last time he found me a great car at a great price and I couldn't be happier! I recommend Andy Mohr to everyone I know that says anything bout maybe wanting a new or used car!! Of course I shopped around at a couple different dealorships but hands down Andy Mohr is the total package when it comes to quality, price, friendliness, and overall customer service experience...they blow the competition away in my book!!! And they should be proud to have an outstanding salesmen like Doug Shepard and Brandon Dollar!!! More

I always dread car shopping! In my experience it's a time consuming torture. But, we really needed a new vehicle and had done some research and knew we liked the Buick Enclave. Doug at Andy Mohr in Fishers consuming torture. But, we really needed a new vehicle and had done some research and knew we liked the Buick Enclave. Doug at Andy Mohr in Fishers made this car shopping experience painless, quick, and all together great! We were very well taken care of and accomodated. The staff went out of their way to help us make a well informed decision on which car we would buy. I would definately recommend going to Andy Mohr if you are looking to buy a vehicle, and Doug is a great sales person who takes excellent care of his customer! Next time I'm looking for a car, I know where to go, and who to talk to! More

Great service. Our salesperson, Brian, knew so much about the new navigation system and On Star system. He helped us set it all up and even gave us a tutorial before we left. It was very helpful.
