Bought a Toyota rav 4 about 3 months ago. Was promised some paperwork in the mail. After trying to get the paperwork from Michael Daniels (sales guy) and having no luck. I finally got ahold of Sam… I still don’t have it. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Andy Mohr. There were idiot lights on and I asked if they would be checked out and fixed. I was told they checked them out and everything is fixed. This was not true! The next day when I went to start the car…the same light that was reset at Andy Mohr was back on. I had it scanned and found out that a TPMS sensor was bad. They rest the alarm so the light went out . When I informed Michael and Sam I was told that they had no “fix order”. Of course you don’t have a fix order…it was reset so I wouldn’t know until I got home. That’s pretty shady. My wife bought a new jeep from Champion before Andy Mohr bought it and we’ve had no problem. I had no problem the other 2 times from other Andy Mohr dealerships… this one Andy Mohr CDJR is very dishonest and will definitely take advantage of you. I’m still waiting on the paperwork. Go somewhere else. CDJR ruined my experience and I will never go to this or another Andy Mohr. They do not deserve the star…I can’t give them 0. More

Janae was friendly to start but then made me feel really uncomfortable with her sales tactics once negotiation started (one example is seconds after I sat down she told me "There is a lady acting crazy in t uncomfortable with her sales tactics once negotiation started (one example is seconds after I sat down she told me "There is a lady acting crazy in the back wanting to see this vehicle right now because she saw it parked in the lot when you got back, but don't worry, I told her we are waiting on you to sign"). We agreed to a fair price, but then the final Out The Door total due sheet included a $799 Ziebart warranty and a $299 Theft protection plan that had never before been mentioned (she tried telling me this was like the other "taxes and fees"). I declined both of these but then they tried to go back and increase the agreed upon price by $299 or more to compensate for me not getting the add-ons. I had to fight them back and forth on this, and told them it wasn't so much about the $299 plan, but more about it being a rug-pull and the principal of them trying to sneak these add-ons and then increasing the terms when I declined. I honestly was ready to walk out the door twice because of her and her boss's tactics, but they finally took off the add-ons, and went back to our original terms. Sadly, I wish I had picked any other salesperson from their website to work with. More
