Had an appointment for repairs with rental scheduled for early morning drop-off. Waited over an hour for the person who handles rental to be available. When they brought the rental out front, the person doi early morning drop-off. Waited over an hour for the person who handles rental to be available. When they brought the rental out front, the person doing the inspection didn't notice the nail in the tire. Thankfully, I did. It still took them another 30 minutes to sort all that out. I chose not to use the shuttle because the driver is erratic on the road. Only other option is the rental (not a loaner which it should have been since the repairs were warranty work) and I was still late for work even though I arrived an hour earlier than suggested. So much trouble, time wasted, disorganized. Then they try to sell me on thousands of dollars in other repairs , but failed to mention the 1 repair that was actually needed: a broken CV boot thing. And, the courtesy wash they always send coupons for never got done. So I left with a dirty car, a huge estimate and a determination not to return unless I absolutely have to. Since the million dollar remodel, the shop has gone way way down in service. More

Great People I dont usually like salesmen, but Michael changed that. He wasnt fake or pushy - he was very 'real'. Really good experience. I wish every time I bought a car, it could be like this. We came here for the car, because 12 years ago I brought my old work van (94 Caravan) there for some misfiring problems. The service department was SWAMPED with much newer vehicles. Appointments were a couple weeks out. One of the younger service guys put his tools down and came out to talk me through trying a few things to fix it - one of them worked and I was back to work that evening. More
