He is very professional and personable. He went out of his way to point out new features, answer all questions and make multiple trips to the rear lot to bring vehicles up front for us to see. After deciding on the Pacifica, we were pleased to meet with Jon to briefly discuss how to proceed. Then we met with Malcolm to settle the financing and detailed paperwork. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain differences between additional warranty and service policies. Everyone we encountered at Champion, even in passing, was very friendly.
