Amazing I have been having a lot of problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I was taking my Jeep to Eastgate. After so many visit and having issues wit I have been having a lot of problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I was taking my Jeep to Eastgate. After so many visit and having issues with Eastgate technicians, I made the decision to call Champion. I was connected with Yvonne and she totally listened to me and respected me. I took my jeep in for service and Yvonne and the techs were absolutely amazing. They fixed a lot of issues that Eastgate just ignored. Reset 6 modules that needed to be updated and did my recall on my transmission. And the recall had been out since June of this year. And I just had my Jeep at Eastgate in August. So I highly recommend Champion Jeep. More

I was traveling several hours for a very specific used car. Once I said I was coming in the morning, he locked up the car so it wouldn't be bought before I got there. ONce there he realized that I was really into cars and had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to dazzle me with details, he just let me enjoy the test drive (TOTALLY IMPRESSED). Trade in was straight forward and transparent. A no nonsense approach. Finance was a little tricky. They only had one person (it was Tuesday morning, probably normal) and were a little busy. But oh my was it worth the wait. With a trade in right around breakeven due to miles Malcolm Fichner totally crushed it. He kept on the bank and didn't just match my pre-approval, but called the bank and they beat it! I see why it took a little while to get through the finance part, but when you see the effort and results, totally worth it. More
