I've owned cars from many dealers throughout the years. Champion on West 96th Street has by Far been better than all others I've gone to over the years. Very well ran from the Sales dept to the Service Dept. My last car I purchased from them in 2013; I still own and drive it daily. Whenever Ive had an issue, I take it Right in with No hassle from the service guys, and they check out whatever is needed and offer many repair options and I always have them make the repairs. In fact, a couple of times I went in, the owner (Mr.Falcon) was actually walking around inside of the Service Dept, and was very approachable. In fact we talked for 20-30min on one of my last service visits and he was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He even offered to make me a deal on a newer car, but again...
