He knew what I wanted and had planned on showing me what I had discussed on the phone. When I took interest in something different, he didn't miss a beat and changed his direction to the car I wanted. He didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want and I appreciate that. The financing was simple and easy. They knew what I was going to pay and worked it out to benefit me, the customer. I have to say thanks for always treating the customer as a priority!
