I’m sorry about this, but this is not fair to me. I have recently been told that I’m not receiving a refund for coverage that I purchased, and it was put into my deal, placed into my loan which made I have recently been told that I’m not receiving a refund for coverage that I purchased, and it was put into my deal, placed into my loan which made my payment higher and now the finance manager at Andy Mohr Dodge is telling me that I don’t get that back Chrysler capital has no record of me purchasing any extra coverage, it covered my tires in my wheels and it was placed into my loan. I have never had an issue receiving a refund on any extra coverage that I have purchased from all the new vehicles that I have purchased in the past. I feel like I have been robbed. It was never explained to be some type of upfront cost that I wouldn’t get it back. Why would I purchase a warranty on a vehicle that I’m possibly going to trade in and just give that amount of money for nothing? More
I was told that I wasn't allowed to buy a vehicle at the price listed on the website unless I accepted ~$3500 worth of low-value "extended warranty"-type extras. I was also told that the financing I had secured with my bank (large global bank anyone would be familiar with) could not be used and I'd have to use in-house financing at a rate literally double what my bank had given me. They completely wasted my time. I was looking to sell my vehicle and asked for a ballpark estimate before I drove it to them over an hour away. They sent me a link to get an estimate and said it should fall in that range. I made an appointment and then made the drive there, and Louis wasn’t even there. Someone did end up helping me after waiting for a little bit, and he took the keys to look at the vehicle. He came back and I told him the range I was looking at and he said he would run it past his manager. He came back a bit later and just handed me the keys and said they weren’t interested. They could have told me that before I drove down there. Instead, they have their internet sales people push to get you in the door at any cost and without regard to your time. These guys are terrible. On the bright side, I drove the vehicle over to the dealer next door and they gave me what I wanted. I will never work with Andy Mohr again since they just wasted about 5 hours of my time. More
