Rodney has a friendly personality but lacks in depth product knowledge compared to other salespersons we have worked with at other dealerships. I find that the European dealerships have far better sales product knowledge compared to other salespersons we have worked with at other dealerships. I find that the European dealerships have far better sales staff than the American dealerships. More
