I've had the good fortune of working with the Service Team for over a decade on three different Acura/Honda vehicles, and the management, staff, and techs are highly experienced, easy to discuss matters with, sincerely focused on solving car issues, and work to satisfy customers and clients needs, schedules, and finances. Explanations and insights regarding car repair and maintenance are provided by staff in simple terms, while the technicians frequently make themselves available as well. The one word that summarizes these guys is 'TRUST'. Though located in Bloomington, Indiana, I have frequently traveled the 600 miles from North Carolina to have them work on my cars...because of that 'TRUST'. Disappointed After purchasing 2 vehicles and spending a good amount of money, found a few things on my car I thought should be fixed. Contacted Honda, they did rep After purchasing 2 vehicles and spending a good amount of money, found a few things on my car I thought should be fixed. Contacted Honda, they did replace a cracked light but my alignment was out causing car to pull and charged me $89.95 to align just 1 week after purchasing it. It was used and did not buy warranty. I get it, car was used, but when you have customer spend that kind of money, take care of them. That said, the sales guy was super great. More

I was looking at two vans and the sales rep was running the numbers for both vehicles. The numbers did not work for me or them. No harm. He became aggressive in his tone and questioning when the numbers didn't work for me. More
