I would like to share my experience while trying to purchase a car from Andy Mohr Bloomington Honda. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. We traveled about an hour purchase a car from Andy Mohr Bloomington Honda. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. We traveled about an hour and a half specifically because we were interested in a Honda lease special that had been advertised. Before making the trip, detailed pricing numbers were shared with us in advance, which is what led us to travel this far to move forward with the purchase. However, upon arrival, we were told that the lease terms had changed and were about $170 higher than what had originally been communicated. When we tried to understand the discrepancy and asked for more details, the situation became uncomfortable. During the discussion, the manager became noticeably rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing our questions professionally, we were brushed off, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked further questions, the interaction continued to feel dismissive, and the finance team was also unhelpful. The entire experience left us feeling misled. It was frustrating to see the numbers change at the final stage after being presented with different options earlier in the process. This kind of behavior raises concerns about transparency. I understand that pricing or offers may sometimes change, but that does not justify treating customers in an unprofessional or insulting manner. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering other Honda dealerships that value customer service and clear communication. More
