To start we bought a used car from them. We got less than a mile from the dealership and the check engine light came on. Forward 4years. Went to have the recall work done. I had scheduled for two weeks and told them I had to take off work. After getting there and waiting for about an hour the service guy came out and told me that they didn’t have one of the parts and would have to get it from Indianapolis they would have it later in the afternoon and THOUGHT they could have it back together before they closed. They also gave me an estimate to change the oil sensor of $2000.00+. Got it done from a local garage for $330.00 WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE More

First i will say Ian my salesman is geat, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone is nice of course they want your business. I have been in the dealership world since 1993 in parts and service so I have heard a few deals. That being said do your homework, find out what your trade is really worth, find out what other dealerships are discounting their cars for, watch out for add ons, dont be pressured into a sale, its not the last car out there. In the end I got a fair but not great deal but it took more effort then it should have on my part to get there. My certified 5k mile pre owed Santa Fe didn't come with floor mats or full tank of gas. There was no pictures taken congratulations and big send off given so that may tell you something. Ian did setup and help explain infotainment system so thank you Ian. I will say if buying used get factory certified pre-owned or buy only the factory extended warranty. More
