I bought a car from them that should have been inspected better. How could they have missed 3 sensors that needed to be replaced,and calipers that needed to be repaired?I took my car back up there and they better. I don’t think I should have had to pay for this. I live month to month on my SS and I can’t afford having a new car( 2014) it’s new to me,and things going wrong with it already. That’s why I traded my vehicle for a dependable one.??? More
The local staff are always friendly . So far they have tried to do the warranty work when discovered there was an issue. Will see moving forward how it’s handled with Hyundai. My experience with the team at Andy Mohr was as painless as I have ever experienced. Everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and helpful and most importantly, they stood by their word. There was no cha as I have ever experienced. Everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and helpful and most importantly, they stood by their word. There was no changing of terms, costs, or anything which had been my experience when speaking with other dealers. I would definitely recommend them. More
