This was the best car buying experience that I have encountered. I am a single woman and the entire experience was wonderful. I went to all of the central Indiana Toyota dealerships and this was by far the one that stood out. It was also the furthest from my home, but well worth the trip. They don't waste your time or insult your intelligence. I had a printout of exactly what I wanted from the Toyota website, named "Build your car". Everyone else made excuses as to why they couldn't get that car I wanted, but Hayden made sure that he could get it to my exact specifications. Very friendly at first. Ryan told us there were 2 keys but they could only find one. After a month of many calls & messages to them, I was told they could not find the key & would not have one made. I arg but they could only find one. After a month of many calls & messages to them, I was told they could not find the key & would not have one made. I argued that they should as it was not our fault they lost the key. Finally I got to speak the a manager, Chris who says the key appeared & it was shipped over night. Very bad business on their part over a key they lost! Over all it might be ok to buy a vehicle there if you don’t have any problems. I will not be buying one there again. More
