Good Experience-Could be faster with paperwork The deal making process was smooth, I have no complaints. Salesman perfect ! Outstanding! Sales managers horrible. Offered 1000 for my trade to have them put it up at 6000 the next day.thats outrageous! The car was supposed to be safety checked the defective wheel bearing lit up and glowed red hot had multiple stops just to get it home. Plus a flat tire to find out it was at 10 lbs. the other tires were inflated to over 50 lbs each. Not what anyone would call safe. Car now in shop for extensive repairs .not at all happy to report this but when they say things are safe to drive I think someone needs to check this process Everyone seemed angry to have to work past closing except my sales person he was great More
