Recall appt. First got the appt. same day I called said they needed to check my car to order the parts needed got there. No second key Overall the sales experience was great. Salesman was nice and worked with what we wanted. We waited 45 minutes to finalize the deal. Never had to wait that long at any other dealership. Even at another Andy Mohr dealership. I do have one big issue. No second key for the car. When I asked about it everyone seemed to think I was an idiot for asking about a second key. No one told me how to get one made. No one even checked to see if there was another key. I am now stuck trying to get back to a dealership to get a key made, which I found out can take up to 2 weeks to get an additional key. Not to mention I have to give you guys everything, but my DNA to get a key made. Why would you sell a car with only one key? Guess it was your way of getting more money out of people. Won't recommend you to other people. More
