I was made to feel like a very important person. I was met by Rick Sullivan and immediately he asked me what I was looking for. I was impressed with the fact that he actually listened to what I wanted. Rick didn't interrupt me but heard and responded to each of my concerns. He then guided me towards the new vehicle that had exactly what I wanted plus some extras. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision; in fact, he took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me. His excitement about the vehicle and the options helped me make up my mind to make the purchase. He was very helpful in trying to make sure that I received the best deal possible. I am new to a lot of the new technology and he took his time to show me how a lot of them worked which help me become more comfortable with them. All in all, this was a great experience for me and I had been to others dealers before coming to Andy Mohr and had just about given up on getting a great deal. I had almost decided not to make this visit, partly because it's not close to my home, but I am so glad that I did go. I am so happy with my new vehicle. Also, the atmosphere of the showcase is SO nice. I was treated like royalty by everyone. You have great staff. The finance department went over and above what I had expected. I'd gotten financed elsewhere but Jorge RIos was able to get me a great rate at my own bank! I absolutely loved everything about this experience and will gladly refer my family and friends to your location. Thank you again everyone for a great experience. More
