We had our eye on another vehicle at another dealer & just didn't get good vibrations from them so we waited a week & this van showed up on Andy Mohr's website. We jumped on it because a van this age with the mileage wouldn't last long. We didn't feel rushed; our salesman, Rich Popp, took his time with us & made us as comfy as we could've been with the decision. We even called our insurance company while in Rodney's finance office to compare quotes for gap insurance & took up way too much of his time. He was courteous, polite and kind. We were hesitant to work with a particular dealer group in the Indy area from a previous experience when we got hosed & we're glad we waited. Getting a new car is great but buying a car sucks & I always hate it. My wife & I are so grateful for the approach Andy Mohr's staff took, we'll be back in the future. More
