Guy that checked me in seemed annoyed I went to his station when I pulled in. I asked him if he would rather I go to a different station and he shrugged his shoulders and said "where you gonna go?" Brad Lawler is an excellent service advisor in every respect. He was professional, friendly and respectful, answering several of my questions when I arrived. He kept me posted on the work being done, in respect. He was professional, friendly and respectful, answering several of my questions when I arrived. I called to make an appoint and got in first thing the next morning. I took my car and decided I didn't want to wait so I said I would leave it and come back later. Price for a headlight is very high. Replacement light can be purchased for $18 at autozone and I was charged $38.41. Ten minutes of labor is very high $45.95. They did not figure out why I had my oil problem which leads me to believe that my last oil change at your shop was done incorrectly - incorrect level of oil was replaced and the dip stick was not checked for correct levels before releasing the car. It was a good experience as in everyone was very helpful and friendly, but I am slightly frustrated because they did not have an answer for me on why my prius just would not start. It had a p lock malfunction that came up on the screen. I unhooked the small battery and let it sit over night. Tried starting again the next morning and nothing. I called Jessica.... she talked me through on how to jump it. We did that and still nothing. We messed with it for a while and it finally came to life. I took it straight to Toyota where they checked it all out. She said they tested the battery 3 times and said it was fine. As I am glad I did not have to spend the money on a new battery... I still have no answer on why this happened, and I am nervous it will happen again. More
