We are over the moon with joy wwith our Toyota Camry that we purchased at Andy Mohr Toyota. The store is enormous, with a showroom full of cars, just about every model Toyota on the lot, and a good selection we purchased at Andy Mohr Toyota. The salesperson we worked with was very knowledgable about the cars, even the pre-owned ones. The waiting area is comfortable, with a play area that our daughter made good use of, and they were very accomodating with the test drive, allowing us to use our car seat. I was especially impressed with the facility and the staff members, and we got an excellent price on the new car and for our trade. I TRADED IN MY TRUCK FOR A 2006 PRIUS O 7-22-08. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY TITLE INFO BY 8-12-08. AFTER THREE CALLS TO THE TITLE OFFICE AND TWO TO MARCEL THE MANAGER I STILL HAVE NO PAPERWORK. MY TEMPORA SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY TITLE INFO BY 8-12-08. AFTER THREE CALLS TO THE TITLE OFFICE AND TWO TO MARCEL THE MANAGER I STILL HAVE NO PAPERWORK. MY TEMPORARY PLATE IS EXPIRED TODAY 8-23-08 AND THE LICENSE BRANCH IS CLOSED UNTIL TUESDAY 8-26-08. THE CAR IS PARKED AND I AM PISSED. More

I don't know about the other sales associates at this dealership but the one I dealt with was the rudest person I've ever met. This man was annoyed because I wanted to test drive a vehicle and when I te dealership but the one I dealt with was the rudest person I've ever met. This man was annoyed because I wanted to test drive a vehicle and when I test drove it rolled down the windows and turned on the AC full blast in an attempt to hide a grinding noise coming from the back of the used car I was looking at. When I told him I didn't want the car he got very nasty with me and told me I could have a nice day and I was basically kicked off the lot even though I had asked to see other cars. More
