I appreciate the good personalities and the low-pressure environment. And as an aside...the showroom and offices were very neat and airy, and contributed to the positive feel. This is my second purchase from Mohr Toyota, and I am sure I will be back at some point even though it is not the most convenient to my home. My only "criticism" is a dealership/company process issue and NOT with the staff at all; that I believe that the Toyota certification for used cars should be included in the advertised price, as it is non-deniable and already done. The service department needs some work. Arrived for my scheduled appointment and the gentleman behind me was checked in first. My previous rating was 5. Current rating for this dealership is now 4. The service dept. has changed and appears disorganized. Service reps are not assigned to appointments.
