I went to Andy Mohr Volkswagen just to see what I could get. I had already test drove a GTI before going and loved it, but I knew I had to be more realistic. David helped get the car I have now, which I think I'm more in love with than the GTI and that is the Jetta. David was an absolute magician and even personally went to go pick up my car from another dealership (as Andy Mohr didn't have my prefered color in stock). Everything was absolutely perfect! You hear all these horror stories about when people go to dealerships to purchase a car, none of them could be further from the truth with David. They worked within my budget and I'm so incredibly happy with my purchase. Thank you so much! More

I was trading in my old car and they couldn't get the license plate off since the guys with the tools had left for the day. I left with the promise that the salesperson would either meet me somewhere or deliver the license plate to my home when he had the chance to get it off the old car. After a week I followed up with a phone call to the salesperson. Then I emailed the salesperson and called the dealership. I left a message with a manager. I followed up another week later with a call and email to the manager. I never received a call back and never received my original license plate. I felt like after my money was in their hands, I no longer mattered to them as a customer. This dealership lost out on a lot of opportunity for future service and sales by their lack of communication and responsiveness at this point. More
