Follow through poor Although the process of test-driving and purchasing the vehicle was as expected, I was especially disappointed after the purchase of my vehicle. I was trading in my old car and they couldn't get the license plate off since the guys with the tools had left for the day. I left with the promise that the salesperson would either meet me somewhere or deliver the license plate to my home when he had the chance to get it off the old car. After a week I followed up with a phone call to the salesperson. Then I emailed the salesperson and called the dealership. I left a message with a manager. I followed up another week later with a call and email to the manager. I never received a call back and never received my original license plate. I felt like after my money was in their hands, I no longer mattered to them as a customer. This dealership lost out on a lot of opportunity for future service and sales by their lack of communication and responsiveness at this point. More
