We made a deal on a car approved by sales manager Ryan. We had to fight just to get them to change a headlight bulb that was burned out, but they refused to have a tech check why the marker lights were lo We had to fight just to get them to change a headlight bulb that was burned out, but they refused to have a tech check why the marker lights were loose. We were to pick the car up the next day and Ryan agreed that we wait to sign papers at that time and refused us leaving a deposit. We got a call the next day from salesman stating that the sales manager for that day, Shawn, would not honor the deal. I had to leave work and go to the dealership and insist on speaking to Shawn and raise xxxx to get him to honor the original agreement. The poor salesman kept apologizing that everything was his fault but it was obvious that sales manager Shawn was the person at fault! They didn’t care that the headlight was out the side marker lights were loose and coming out. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a dealership and we will not purchase from Andy Mohr again, nor will we recommend them! More

I have bought my last 2 vehicles from Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon and been very happy with them…but my son recently purchased a Jetta from Andy Mohr Volkswagen in Avon Indiana and was treated ridiculously unfai Avon and been very happy with them…but my son recently purchased a Jetta from Andy Mohr Volkswagen in Avon Indiana and was treated ridiculously unfair. The manager that he dealt with repeatedly told him Andy Mohr is a multimillion-dollar company. Not sure what point he was trying to make… don’t multimillion-dollar companies need to take care of their customers? Is this a rogue employee or a company policy? Makes me suspicious of any future purchases from Andy Mohr. I cannot find his review on Andy Mohr website (imagine that) so I have included his information below. Andy Mohr Volkswagen, Avon IN August 2020 Buyers beware! Within one week of purchasing my relatively low miles vehicle multiple repairs are being needed. They are either doing a very poor job inspecting these vehicles or they are covering up issues that are discovered. During the test drive an engine light was on and the salesman told us that they would take care of this. We made an appointment to deal with it and they told us it would be $500 to repair. My wife after several hours in the lobby at this point was irritated and spoke to a manager. They did correct the issue as promised during the test drive. She left with the issue repaired. The next day when we drove the car the brakes were terrible. I have never experienced brake failure that came on so aggressively and quickly. We called the dealership and left a message and received no response. After several hours I went to the dealership and they told me to return the next day for a repair estimate. I spoke to a manager and he said that this car was bought as is and repeatedly mentioned how he repaired the car yesterday though that was prior to our buying the car, and he “was not going to do any more”. We were also suckered into the highly recommended extended warranty that would take care of anything and was directly from VW… Of course, they then tell us that this doesn’t take effect for 30 days after buying the car. I will never buy another car from any Andy Mohr location and well spend the rest of my helping others make this same choice. I have already started with several family members that WERE Andy Mohr customers. Thank you for reading my rant and I hope this helps you make your car buying experience a better one. More

Josh Hedges was a fantastic Sales Advisor! He went above and beyond in trying to help us find my son his 1st vehicle. Even though we were not able to buy anything from the dealership, I would highly recomme and beyond in trying to help us find my son his 1st vehicle.
