The dealer-issued temp tag is long expired so essentially I purchased a vehicle that I cannot utilize. The dealer blames their title company, the title company blames the Pennsylvania BMV, and the BMV does not have any knowledge of said vehicle. I try to be understanding (pandemic and all) but this is unacceptable. More
