I have never experienced a more exceptional level of service than I did at Andy Shaw Ford. I was on a road trip from Georgia to Ohio for an annual vacation to visit family, and my Bronco Sport had an service than I did at Andy Shaw Ford. I was on a road trip from Georgia to Ohio for an annual vacation to visit family, and my Bronco Sport had an issue with the turbo and suggested immediate service. At the time I searched for a local dealer and was only 2 miles away from Andy Shaw when this happened, and extremely happy this is where the issue occurred. This happened on a Saturday morning and the service advisor who answered my call, Bobbi, said to come in immediately and she would arrange for a tech to scan the code - Saturdays are appointment only at Andy Shaw but when I explained the situation she said not to worry they would work me in. The service staff determined my turbo had gone bad, a fairly common issue with the 1.5L 3 cylinder ecoboost engine, and assured me they would be able to take care of the replacement as I was still under warranty. After finding out I was on a vacation trip they immediately went to work finding me a rental. Specifically their service manager, Chad, took over here. Not only did he find me a rental, he helped load my luggage into his personal vehicle and drove me to pick up the rental to ensure everything happened as efficiently as possible. It was on the drive to pick up the rental car that I found out he wasn't even on the clock, he just happened to be dropping off some parts on his day off and overheard my dilemma and insisted on helping. Again, I have never experienced this level of service in my life. While on vacation Chad kept me up to date with my Bronco's repair work and took over working with Ford to cover my rental so that I didn't have to deal with any of this while on vacation. On my return trip Chad had my repaired Bronco waiting for me at the rental car location when I returned. I cannot say enough good things about the service staff, in particular Bobbi and Chad, at Andy Shaw Ford. They are friendly, polite, and seem like a close knit family who enjoy helping people; again something I have never experienced anywhere else. They all are the absolute best and if you are in their area, I cannot recommend them enough for your service needs. Thank you again Bobbi, Chad and the entire staff at Andy Shaw Ford - you turned an event that could have ruined my annual vacation into nothing more than a 3-hour setback and I can't thank you all enough! 5 stars isn't enough. Dustin at Andy Shaw Ford was super helpful. I’ve been to several Ford dealers, and none have been as helpful or knowledgeable about trucks and towing as Dustin. They didn’t have what I wanted I’ve been to several Ford dealers, and none have been as helpful or knowledgeable about trucks and towing as Dustin.
