I shopped online for an SUV and found something I thought would be perfect at Andy Shaw Ford. Unfortunately, by the time I called them, the car had sold, but there was another Escape due to be in soon. McK would be perfect at Andy Shaw Ford. McKenzie (Internet Sales) contacted me to let me know when the car was ready and I went that afternoon to see and drive the 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. Don Bradley helped me with the prelimary paperwork and Hollie Johnson finished up the financing and all the other multitude of forms. The first time I came in, my boss of whom I work for encouraged me to go to Andy Shaw Ford Dealership Inc. and he was absolutely right! He among the rest of the amazing staff will go above and beyond to encouraged me to go to Andy Shaw Ford Dealership Inc. and he was absolutely right! He among the rest of the amazing staff will go above and beyond to help you with your car needs. Don was who he was talking about, and he helped me explore three potential cars; needless to say, we fell in love with our 2020 Ford Fusion AWD Titanium! We chose to name the Titanium, "Black Beauty." Fast forward four months and I was hit by a young driver; the car proved to be the safest vehicle out of all that I've ever owned. I can honestly say, I never got a chance to have the oil changed in Black Beauty either. My family will most certainly miss this beautiful vehicle! * Get the Extended warranty and GAP insurance! * Two or three weeks later after constant communication with Don at Andy Shaw Ford Dealership, he by miracle of God found a 2019 AWD Ford Fusion SE with just as great features and safety as my totaled 2020 AWD Titanium Ford Fusion and surprisingly drives better than my Titanium. My middle son named the 2019 AWD Ford Fusion SE, "White Widow." From my family to everyone including Don, THANK YOU! More

My day started out in tears. I was in Bryson City and my battery died while at an appointment at the hospital. My daughter and I had someone jump us off but then promptly drove t I was in Bryson City and my battery died while at an appointment at the hospital. My daughter and I had someone jump us off but then promptly drove to an auto parts store where they told us it would be a “professional installation process” for a battery and a $246 bill just for the battery before the installation. I decided to chance it and make it to sylva to Andy Shaw. We walked in and they were able to fit us in quickly and my overall bill was less and the $246 quote. So glad we have such a great service available close by. More
