Ford Focus ST - Dustin Shuler I found a car online that was what I had been looking for. Called the dealership and was transferred to Dustin. I went up a couple of days later to look at it. As far as I could tell, it was exactly what he said. After the test drive, we spent a grand total of MAYBE 15 minutes "haggling" over price before we got to a number I was happy with. I'll say this....it was far easier than any other car buying process I've experienced to date. Anyway, I had to come back another day as I was financing it through my own bank. In that time, Dustin handled having the windows tinted to my liking, and got all my numbers for taxes, etc that I needed. He picked me up from the local rental car place, drove me to the dealership, and expedited the process of all the paperwork signing. This time, again, in and out in 15 minutes. Now, the few things that kept me from going 5 stars. There are 3 issues with my car that weren't caught/fixed by the dealer. They're minor, but I feel like the dealership shouldn't have sold a car with defects. It's no real issue, because my car is still under full warranty, so I'll just have them fixed at my local Ford dealer, but it's just a little bit of hassle I shouldn't have to deal with. Next, my car was dead on empty when I drove away. I mean...as in the dash saying 0 miles to empty. We didn't negotiate a full tank of half a tank or anything...I just figured it would have been one of those small things that would have been done as a "thank you" for my business. Lastly, the car was not cleaned up for my pickup. Now granted, it had been snowing/sleeting/raining nearly the entire time from when we made the deal until I picked it up...and the exterior would have gotten filthy 200 yards into my trip home...but the interior could have been spotless and it wasn't. When I got it home, I spent about 45-60 minutes wiping it down, vacuuming, etc the interior. My thoughts on my experience with Andy Shaw Ford. It's been ~3 weeks now since I was there, so there might be another couple of positives and negatives that aren't coming to mind; but this is a good enough summary for now. As evidenced by the 4/5 stars...I had an overall positive experience. I feel like there's a couple of things that would have made it lights-out the best experience ever...but it was still pretty solid. More

It suits our needs perfectly and it drives like a dream. The staff that we worked with were just wonderful; it feels like buying a car from a friend and they are truly "no pressure". They even make taking it in for regular maintenance a pleasant experience. We bought from them, too, because they do so much to support multiple charities in our community. They hosted a huge Drive Away Hunger event on behalf of The Community Table last year and raised almost $20,000 to feed our neighbors in need. These folks are the real deal! More
