I recently purchased a Ford C-max from Andy Shaw, and the experience was very enjoyable. All in all, I would rate it as a "two thumbs up" type of experience. UPDATE to my previous review reference the "works" oil change. The morning after I posted this review I was contacted by the internet manager at Andy Shaw Ford who apologized repeatedly for their employe change. The morning after I posted this review I was contacted by the internet manager at Andy Shaw Ford who apologized repeatedly for their employees "dropping the ball" and asked what Andy Shaw Ford could do to make it right. I only asked that they refund the $100 diagnostic fee to my husband. This morning we dropped the truck off because Andy Shaw Ford offered to give the $100 back AND replace the fan belt free of charge. When we picked up the truck in the afternoon we did not get $100 back, but we were given a bill for $0 (ZERO DOLLARS). Not only did they replace the fan belt, they also replaced a hub bearing FREE OF CHARGE which David Rogers told my husband was so bad it was dangerous. I'm here to sincerely say thank you to all the employees involved in making things MORE than right, and for going ABOVE AND BEYOND. More
