My Lincoln Nautilus was leaking rainwater into the back seat floor It was soaked and smelled. I took it in for service but it happened again. When I rescheduled the repair Morgan took it on as if it was seat floor It was soaked and smelled. I took it in for service but it happened again. When I rescheduled the repair Morgan took it on as if it was her project and made it her concern also. She took away any worries I had about addressing this issue and made sure I had a loaner, updated me regularly. And when she was not satisfied with the smell after they corrected the issue she provided white glove service and parts to ensure the mildewy smell was gone. I’m ever so grateful to her and Angela Krause Ford for correcting this problem. As a Ford retiree I’m impressed and proud of this Ford dealership. Thank you for delivering what we say. More
Extremely responsive in their service department. I never have to wait or get forced to text just because they don’t want to speak with their customer. Purchased a used RV motorhome from this dealership. They offered me an RV maintenance agreement for over $3000, which I also purchased. When I needed to use the maintenance agreement, I discovered th They offered me an RV maintenance agreement for over $3000, which I also purchased. When I needed to use the maintenance agreement, I discovered that the dealership had fraudulently submitted an agreement to the warranty company that not only had I not signed, but additionally did not cover anything on my vehicle. They are completely non-responsive to telephone messages. The only way I was able to speak to somebody about this problem was to wait in their waiting area until someone from finance would speak to me. Any promises they made to correct the problem were never kept and they continued to ignore ALL telephone calls. The Georgia Attorney General's office of consumer affairs tried to assist in the resolving the problem and they chose to ignore ALL communication from the Attorney General. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND YOU SHOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. More

I love my 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. After little more than 2 years, the electric battery failed. The service worker, Gustavo, replaced it at my home and was knowledgeable and kind.
