Highly unprofessional sales tactics by the sales manager, Cody. This is not Real estate. It is highly unethical to have multiple offers for the same vehicle after you have already negotiated and have approva Cody. This is not Real estate. How you are still employed is beyond me. How this establishment allows you to conduct business like this is wild. I had my 2017 Explorer in for 90k. The service team was excellent. Finished just when they said it would be completed. Unfortunately, making the apt was very difficult. I purchased my Explore new from you and have always had it serviced there. Please fix your phone system so I don’t waste so much of my again. I stopped by the dealership without much expectation that a trade would work out, but the sales experience was genuinely impressive. The entire team was friendly and sincere, and Darryl did an outstanding job guiding me through the details and finding a path forward. Where things fell apart was after the sale. My trade-in still hasn’t been paid off, which means I’m stuck continuing to make payments on a vehicle I no longer own. On top of that, the negative equity from that trade was already included in the financing for my new Bronco — so I’m essentially paying for a loss on a trade that hasn’t even been completed yet. I’ve never been in this situation with a dealership before, and Ford corporate isn’t able to intervene since the new loan has already been funded. I really wish the dealership had been upfront about not being able to finalize the trade as presented. I still would have purchased the same Bronco from the same store; I just needed the opportunity to pursue a different plan that would have prevented this mess. The staff is great, but anyone trading in a vehicle should double-check that the payoff will be handled promptly. More
