The worse Ford dealership ever. Bought a new vehicle within 4 month the check engine light came on for a major repair. They took forever to get the vehicle in because they didn't wa Bought a new vehicle within 4 month the check engine light came on for a major repair. They took forever to get the vehicle in because they didn't want to provide a loaner vehicle but wanted to keep ours for a week. Wasted a week doing a driving test stating that it would fix the issue needless to say it didn't. A week after the check engine light came back on, took the vehicle back and had to have a whole catalytic converter replaced, they stated that it was fixed shouldn't have the check engine light come back on. Once again not true within a week in a half check engine light came back on for another major issue, took the vehicle back and they stated they fixed the issue. Every since that the vehicle is not the same, burning gas rapidly, runs harder. Mind you this was a brand new vehicle we purchased only 29miles and has had check engine light on 4 times and 2 major services done and only had it for 7 months now. Contacted corporate to request a buy back because it qualifies for a lemon and they denied the buy back and couldn't a legitimate reason why, but we know why we're brown skin period. Writing this review to warn people don't spend your hard earned money here, find a dealership that will appreciate you as a customer who keeps their business afloat, a dealership who is honest and caring this Ford dealership is not that.
